We want you to be stoked on your Bilmuri gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are free of hog crankin' residue or wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.
Package Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring the contents are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
